1. Late Uthna Dheere Dheere Band Karo
Ramadan ke baad neend ka schedule thoda off ho jata hai. Alarm 15-20 minutes pehle set karna start karo. Dheere dheere body wapas adjust ho jaati hai.
2. Ek Naya Mini Goal Set Karo
Kisi nayi cheez pe focus karo – jaise blogging, koi naya hobby, short course ya fitness challenge. Motivation boost milega.
3. Hydration + Light Diet Rakho
Fasting ke baad body ko light aur healthy food chahiye hota hai. Zyada oily khane se bacho aur paani zyada piyo – skin aur energy dono better feel hoti hai.
4. Digital Detox Lite Try Karo
Thoda time phone se door rehna kaafi refresh karta hai. Ek diary ya journal banao jahan Ramadan ke goals likho aur unko continue karne ki koshish karo.
5. Dua aur Shukr Continue Rakho
Ramadan ke baad bhi inner peace zaroori hai. Raat ko sirf 5 minutes dua aur shukriya bolna – dil ko sukoon milta hai.
